What's a credit?
Credits (⚡) are how FRAMIQ meters the AI work. A standard video runs about 128⚡ — that covers the script, six drawn scenes, narration, animation and the final cut. You always see the estimate before anything is charged, and you're only charged for steps that actually complete.
What do the quality tiers mean?
Standard (15⚡ a scene) renders crisp 720p — perfect for TikTok, Reels and Shorts. HD (30⚡) renders full 1080p. Cinema (85⚡) uses Google's Veo 3.1, the current quality ceiling. You pick per video, right in the Studio.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Nothing breaks — your videos and characters stay right where they are. Buy a top-up pack ($10 for 120⚡) on the Credits page, or upgrade your plan. Top-ups never change your subscription.
Do credits roll over?
Plan credits refresh with each billing cycle and don't roll over. Top-up credits stay until you use them.
Is there really a free video?
Yes — signing up gives you 90⚡, which covers your first video end to end: a compact 4-scene cut, no card required. Share it anywhere with its public link; downloading the file and longer videos are what paid plans add.
Can I connect FRAMIQ to Claude or my own tools?
Yes — FRAMIQ ships an MCP server, so Agency users can create and manage videos straight from Claude or any MCP-compatible agent: 'make me a video about volcanoes' in chat, finished video in your library. API access is included in the Agency plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, in Settings → Manage billing. You keep your credits and videos until the end of the period you paid for.
