Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your name, email and avatar (from Google sign-in or the signup form). Content data: the briefs, scripts, reference images and generated media in your workspace. Usage data: which features you use and the credits you spend, so quotas and billing work.

2. Who processes it

Your content is processed by the AI providers that power generation — Fal (images/video/assembly), Anthropic (script and direction), ElevenLabs (voice) — and stored in Supabase (database and media storage). Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see card numbers. The app is hosted on Lovable Cloud.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train models.

3. Retention and deletion

Your content stays in your workspace until you delete it. Deleting a video removes its scenes and production data. To delete your account and all associated data, contact support@fram-iq.ai — we complete deletion within 30 days.

4. Cookies

We use only the storage needed to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
