Terms of Service

1. The service

FRAMIQ AI turns your briefs and scripts into animated videos using third-party AI models (image, video, voice and language providers). Output quality depends on those models; generations can occasionally fail or look wrong, which is why the Studio includes preview checkpoints and free-of-blame redo tools.

2. Your account

You need an account to create videos. Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. One person per account unless your plan says otherwise.

3. Credits and subscriptions

Generation is paid in credits, charged per completed production step and shown before you commit. Credits consumed by completed generations are not refundable; failed steps are not charged, and delivered-tier billing applies when a premium model falls back to a standard one.

Subscriptions renew monthly and grant plan credits each cycle. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the free tier. Unused monthly credits do not accumulate beyond your active subscription.

4. Your content

You own the videos, images and audio you create with FRAMIQ, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers' terms. You grant us the technical license needed to process, store and deliver your content (that's what makes the pipeline work) — nothing more.

You are responsible for the briefs, scripts and reference images you provide, and for how you use the outputs.

5. Acceptable use — likeness and consent

Lip-sync and face animation require an explicit consent attestation, recorded and stored. You may not animate a real person's face or clone a voice without their consent, and you may not depict real public figures or private individuals without authorization. We refuse these generations server-side where detectable and terminate accounts that circumvent the gate.

No illegal content, no content sexualizing minors, no harassment, no deceptive impersonation. Kid-friendly content standards apply to character templates we provide.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. We depend on third-party AI providers and cloud infrastructure; outages and model behavior changes are outside our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: support@fram-iq.ai.
